To comply with USP 797, monthly surface sampling will be required. To make these requirements convenient for you, MTA is offering a complete subscription package that you pay for monthly or annually to keep your costs low and your quality high, and your compliance easy!
Here Is How The Program Works
- Review your facility sampling plan and decide how many sample locations are required to meet your facility’s needs to be compliant.
- Please fill out our self serve sampling online request form. A customer representative will contact you within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once we receive your order, we will ship you a sampling kit. The kit contains the sampling media, tape to seal the plates, marker, chain of custody, instructions, and a return shipping label.
- Each month you will receive a new kit. You simply fill out the chain of custody, collect your samples, ship the samples to the lab, and email the chain of custody back to MTA.
- Once the lab receives the samples they will be incubated and a complete report including trending will be provided.
- This plan can be used for fingertip sampling as well!
- If desired we also offer equipment rental and supplies to preform your own viable air sampling.
